I received great service from Stuart, he managed to get me an interview for a job that I had previously applied for and been rejected. And now I've worked there for over 2 years! Very satisfied with the outcome and great communication throughout the process.

I have been recruited through Hays since May of this year after a redundancy, worked with Emily through constant assignments, not a lot of down time between positions, Emily calls to check up, is friendly and open and is on the ball when a placement ends and I have full confidence in the work that both her and the company has provided to myself. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and (arguably) rude. the website has archaic email and password requirements. Given the value of the information they store Disallowing emails with a + in them and broken password management are simply not on.

Hays has been very proactive finding work for me over the last 12 months, Clare in particular has been very supportive and encouraging. If you have skills they can utilise you'll do well.

I visited them in person and they said "We do everything online, please register online and also email your resume to this ID". I was thinking then why do they even have an office if there is no one to talk to. However, i went back and send a detailed email including my resume to one Mr. Adam Barker as i am a civil engineer and he is the one recruiting construction professionals. I didn't get a reply to my email, not even an automated mail saying that they received my profile.I waited for few weeks and still did not hear back from them.Then, i sent a second email to which the response was pretty much the same. Professionalism is zero in case of HAYS Hobart and they are pretty rude. Their positive reviews are probably cooked up.Now, i have a job which i found myself through my own network but i would never forget the way i was disheartened by the approach of HAYS. The way they treat people certain people. I hope you guys understand what i mean.
