Initially, I wasn't impressed with the two young woman that sat at Reception, very cold atmosphere, felt clinical. It needed some background music. Then I was seated in a room with just the walls and floor to look at and it was way too stuffy. I was left waiting for 15 minutes, I got up and walked back to Reception feeling very annoyed. I was then taken to a cooler room and Casey finally turned up, full of apologises.It wasn't a great first impression, but Casey was chatty and I warmed to her. Since that initial meeting Casey has really had my back and done so much work to find me a job, both Temp and Permanent. I consider her to be a true professional. I have received many phone calls and emails offering me opportunities of work and she is the only person I have faith in. She has been really on the ball, unlike some others, both at Hays and other Recruitment companies, where I have felt like an inconvenience in their day. I do believe there are improvements that need to be made in this industry overall though. It should always be about the people and how they are treated, and the Processes can be frustrating.
