Overall Feedback:

I can't say I recommend Terrance or his agency. I never received any tax return even after paying the $75 fee that was "needed" for a POA and paying the fee for a tax extension. Not a call or email returned directly after the fees were paid. 5 months and still Zero assistance, rather being Ignored Is there a zero rating?
