With unemployment being as low as it has been lately, keeping fully staffed is challenging. Also in the beverage industry the summer and holidays require extra staffing. I have been working with Hatch Staffing services for 4+ years now, and they have been able to keep us staffed during these seasonal spikes. Eric and his staff have kept me informed on different staffing and recruiting strategies along with keeping us staffed with seasonal employees. Thank you Hatch Staffing.

I am really grateful for my time as a HatchELITE Intern. I was able to gain real world experience, especially in the recruiting/HR side of business. This internship also allowed me to customize my experience and cater to my interests. I was able to go on sales calls, engage with social media, and network with a large group of professionals in the Milwaukee area. I also really enjoyed the family feel!

I have had the distinct privilege of working at Hatch this school year though the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) my school, Cristo Rey, offers. Hatch truly did WOW my experience as an intern. I have learned essential life skills that I will be able to take with me as I enter college this fall, and soon the workforce.
