be very careful about choosing this law firm. My step brother was chosen as the executor of his mothers will because his mother knew that his sister was an enormous liar manipulater and thief. She sold her mothers house before her brother knew about it. She stole everything. In the original will my stepmother left me $10,000 in stocks ----that was stolen. The sister forged several wills. All I can figure is the attorneys and the judge accepted all of the sisters lies probably because of the volume of paper work that was thrown @them. I tried to tell my step brother that he needed to find a tough lawyer but he was convinced by his lawyers reassurances. My step brother lives in North Carolina and I live in Texas. I knew that his chances were nil, and I was unable financhly unable to go and help him. Guess what, he was left with nothing, and he was the one to care for his mother when she became bedridden. His sister even got the medicare payments.
