Very poor service in the way they had to constantly be corrected over figures they were using (they're meant to be accountants) and also extremely poor in keeping in touch when further information was needed.Pricing took the biscuit - they changed rate and charged us £300 more than what they stated. Have now gathered quotes from other Accounting firms.The only plus side is, that I became more clued up with the accounting process solely as a byproduct of dealing with them!For future reference - these people are not a CIC but a LTD company.
