Quite possibly the worst utility company in America! Why can't you people keep the power on for more than a few days in a row? The charges for your nonexistent service is absolutely ridiculous. I wish it would let me give 0 stars!

Ridiculously high rates for a small town. Water is contaminated and they still want to keep hiking the rates up on us. It's getting to the point people can't afford to pay their bill anymore. N there not very much services out there to help you funding wise to pay ur bill.

High rates for a tiny Town I'm from the westcoast and rates are way cheaper not to mention rates for water are going up in July 2019 3.5% smdh the water is basically undrinkable and so hard it messes your skin up when you shower so basically you pay an arm and leg to flush your toilet and wash stuff I could take showers with purified water everday and still be cheaper than Hannibal water what's the deal?

Terribal customer service. Dishonest. Will shut your utilities off without notice even if you are a loyal customer who is never late on your bill. Charge absorbently high reconnect fees.

The other place the elitists work as well. No luck still on getting competition for ya huh. Np. You can always pay their outrageous prices and listen to their lies about how its all above board and follow market prices. Terrible place to work at or to be forced to live without all public services. Sounds more like monopolizing the market and extortion.
