I truly enjoyed my stay.... hotel was top notch, staff was nice,o room was up to date and comfortable and breakfast was great!! Price was reasonable and worth the cost, will definitely stay here again, absolutey loved it!!!!!!!

very nice Hampton Inn in Montgomery Alabama. Convenient to main highways and several restaurants. very clean hotel, very friendly and efficient service. Very nice free breakfast also with excellent service.

Shuttle driver was awesome. Front desk staff was alone on her first day and didn't know anything. First room listed as non-smoking but had obviously been used as an ashtray. To get a new room I had to take all my belongings back downstairs and go through the rigors of checking in again. She should have brought new room keys with her when she came upstairs to check the room.

I took several issues on my stay to staff attention including children yelling and screaming in the next room to car alarm horn bonking for five minutes in the parking lot at 5am. One girl offered to move me after I was settled in. The General Manager ignored my followup complaints.||

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. There are far better economy level hotels in Montgomery. The hotel is understaffed and needs to be updated, particularly the bathrooms. The staff was very pleasant, but clearly they are in need of more help, particularly at check-in.

Loved it here. Room is kind of small compared to others, but very cozy. Clean spacious bathroom, Huge mirror, big plus for ladies . Comfy bed and very cool room. Has a fridge and microwave as well huge plus!!

We chose this hotel because it was away from the downtown area and this was a great hotel experience. The staff was friendly and professional and made us feel at home. The hotel was quiet and clean. We plan to stay at this location when we visit again.
