Feedback:

I have applied multiple times for multiple positions and I keep getting denied. I have had 3 friends come to halo from the same job that I am at with zero experience but yet for some reason I can't even get an interview. Says they are urgently hiring but apparently that is not the case. Super disappointed.

I will not even give this one star but google makes you rate it, Poor wages and poor benefits is correct. I was lied to about the position I was hired for, they told me it was such a great place to work, WRONG management is poor, the training was terrible. People think just because you get free stuff and discounted vendor orders it is so great. Two people walked out and quit within two days of my departure, this is a poor place to work. The attitudes of your co-workers are terrible, over worked, under paid. I feel sorry for the people that are stuck there because of other job options in the area. I honestly felt like I was back in high school getting a paycheck to deal with drama, adult fits and poor attitudes all while dealing with a overwhelming work load. I could go on for hours, I had a bad experience working there and wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to apply. The insurance was awful, went to the hospital, my bill was 6k, had to pay over 3k out of my pocket. Some of the people are possibly the worst of it all. If you wanna be shoved in a 4 x 4 cubicle around angry people, then this is the place for you.

I worked in billing. That is favoritism. Political. Poor wages and poor benefits. No good management and supervisory personnel. Poor training time. Good thing? You get free stuff and discounted ordering from our vendors. If you look at the turnover rate in employees you will know this is a poor place to work. I quit after I found a better job with better benefits. Oh and if they don't like you, you are treated unfairly.

I don’t understand the poor reviews from previous employees. Each department is different, so I feel lucky to be in the one I am in. I think my supervisor is great, most of my coworkers are friendly and hardworking and the work environment, benefits and pay are satisfactory. Plenty of room to move up within the company or transfer departments if you are unhappy. I have been with HALO for a little over half a year and have heard of many people being promoted (they send out an email to all staffers to announce every promotion). I’ve never been denied time off for anything, not even a personal day. You earn PTO and sick time with each pay period and they allow you to go negative. People are always taking vacations, well deserved ones. You get two paid breaks a day and an hour lunch. They always have fun contests for employees, health initiatives, and lots of employee appreciation. I feel lucky to work with HALO and it’s likely anyone who had issues with coworkers or management didn’t handle it the correct way. HR repeatedly discusses their openness to listen and help with any issues they can. For a multi-million dollar corporate company, this corporate HQ is one of a kind.

This place is a hole. Was hired into assembly and offered a shipping position in the warehouse. Was trained for a week then position was pulled out from under me. People whined to HR that it wasn't fair that I was offered the position being newer than them. Was told I couldn't go back into assembly because there was no room. They hired 15 people into assembly within the month so that was bs. Was asked how to make things right again and was shot down with every suggestion. Basically forced into working in the warehouse because they were short staffed. Direct supervisor was fine. Upper management is horrible. Only care about 99% efficiency. I had 98.7% and was talked to on a weekly basis. The pay to work ratio is horrible. Was denied time off for my niece's funeral. Work here if you want to be donkey whipped.
