My son was in school at Alabama and his landlord was trying to force him off the property so he could build apartments,before his lease was up (and before the end of the school year). The issue handled with a phone call. My son was able to stay until the end of the lease - recommended!

I have personally known Douglas Hargett of Hall and Tanner for many years. He assisted me with a foreclosure case a few years ago. I was lost and did not understand what all was going on. My situation was getting out of hand and I was not gaining any ground handling the situation by myself. At this point I decided I needed assistance and I turned to Douglas. I was pleased on how hard he worked on my case. During the time of the case, I gaining knowledge and even more importantly for me a peace of mind before the case was even closed.
