My mom fell and broke her neck. We needed 24 hour care fast and Helina's was there when we needed them, literally at a moments notice. They bent over backwards, providing my mom with a large, private room, her own bathroom, the bed she wanted and the location of the bed in her room. We were able to visit whenever we wanted and take her out when we wanted. They helped her with showering, provided meals and snacks, made her bed and did her laundry daily. Wonderful, caring owners and staff! Highly recommend!
