Feedback:

Fantastic & top marks for a warm and friendly venue. Really like the separation of spaces that offer a good flexible mix of look and feel. Worth every penny and my expectations were exceded.

Feedback:

Unreal! Great wedding venue

Feedback:

You know people think that's this place is well one good place for weddings but I don't see that all I see is one what sugar or pineapple factory and before it used to have one roof on the build but of course they took that down

Feedback:

Stunning property with exceptional first class service. The best in Maui.

Feedback:

This venue charges your photographer $500 per year plus $50 per hour to shoot your wedding. Their contract requires the photographer to take a large number of shots dictated by the venue for the venue to use for marketing purposes. YES, that's right, they are forcing YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER to take photos for them AND PAY THE VENUE TO DO SO! They also contractually require that your photographer give the venue complete control over the publicity of the photos, so the photographer can't show their hard work publicly. Look up "Haiku Mill photographer fees" if you don't believe me.Most other venues on Maui are doing the same thing. In fact, if your photographer discloses these fees or passes them on to you, they get blacklisted across the island. This situation is extremely unethical and it is grossly unfair to bot the photographer who is being exploited and to you who thinks they're hiring a photographer for your wedding when you're really hiring a photographer for the venue to exploit.I strongly urge you to consider a different venue. Ask any venue that you want to use to show you their vendor agreements prior to reserving a spot. An ethical business won't have anything to hide in those agreements.

Feedback:

I found this to be a wonderful plantation-style destination. The history of the sugar cane industry as well as Hawaii provided by Teresa was excellent. Very beautiful location and a wonderful job of preserving the historic location (reuse, repurpose, recycle). Oh and the fresh lilikoi from the come were delectable. Wish I could have stayed here for a week!
