Overall Feedback:

While Craig was friendly enough at our 25 minute interview -- for which he charged $175 -- I lost any sympathy for him or his firm when I was hit with an additional $800 bill to produce a simple personal tax return, a task he had outsourced to a junior accountant. Choosing this company was a huge mistake.
