I've used Gulfport Central Title twice now and both experiences were very good. I did get price quotes from other recommended title companies and the prices are basically the same. I think Lulu and her staff are very knowledgeable and very on top of all info needed to get the closing done smoothly and on time. I will definitely use them again.

I have purchased at least 10 + houses in the last 20years, and have used LuLu for the last several closings. It is nice to have someone who has the knowledge of her job and does it well. She has saved me several times by knowing of potential problems that could arise and helped stop them before they affected the closing. My last deal she caught a legal issue with my buyer that would not have been caught till closing, which would have prevented the closing. I have found other title companies don't catch things like this or wait till closing, which is then a delay. LuLu and her staff have always made me feel like getting my deal closed on time, and with as little trouble as possible is important to them. Their price has always been less than others or equal too. Most people don't take the added fee's (which they all charge at their descrection) into account. Gulfport Central title's are usually less than or she doesn't even charge for some of them, and of course it doesn't matter how much it cost if you don't have competent agent working for you. Thanks Gulfport Central Title!!!!! look forward to doing business with you again soon.

This place is terrible. They cost $1000 for the title. The lady LULU was really rude and they seem to be stuck in the 90s. She would not do a remote closing and took forever to solve any question we had for her. And we had to reschedule our closing like 3 times because her communication between the seller and agent, and us as the buyer's. This is my 3rd home i've bought, and never have had a bad experience until now. Don't use this Title company. They are terrible and this was a very bad experience.
