I don't know where they found this company and, more importantly, why they gave them a contract. I was very proactive when I was switched to this company, I called and talked with them to make sure they had all the information they needed so there would be no interruption in paychecks being issued and to insure that paychecks would be issued correctly. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be at all concerned. They insist that we use their new app, but don't enter the information into their system that is necessary for the app the work. I and my caregiver have both been treated with disrespect and have been given conflicting information. I know I've been lied to; I've been mis-informed; I've spent hours on hold; I've left messages that don't get returned. Supervisors are never available. I've been told to call after submitting payroll through the app, because the information doesn't always go through. I guess it gets lost somewhere in cyberspace. Almost a week ago, I was assured that they would get the missing information entered. It's still not done. We have a deadline for submitting time sheets. We can't do it using an app that does not work. They will not give us an alternate way to submit timesheets. The facts indicate that they could care less whether or not people get paid. If they don't issue paychecks correctly, and on time, I risk losing the best caregiver I have ever had. GT Independence is not doing what they are being paid to do for me. They need to step up their game and start doing the job they were hired to do.

Run fast and far from this company! There are so many hoops to jump through just to get paid, and if they screw up they take forever to make it right. They make so many excuses and expect the SD workers to just go without pay while they take their sweet time fixing it. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from people that work IN THIER OFFICE!! Way to try to be shady and pad your rating!

Im giving 3 stars for now as I called & waited over 2 hrs on the phone! Ain't nobody got time for that. I'm trying to call them because the app is not working on my phone to put it my hrs.

This company is so incredibly incompetent! They dont pay on time, can't fix pay issues, calling in to costumer service is a all day wait and fuss. I have only work for them 4 weeks but still haven't been paid!

Working one month a not payments recibes. Called hundreds times and wait more than an hour and nobody answered for days. They saying have a problem with bank account number but I responded I give my slip deposit. They know the problem but don't care about you.Looks like have only one person to the whole Florida.

GT INDEPENDENCE IS A SCAM. THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY THAT MY BROTHER GOT PAID THROUGH THEM BUT HE DID NOT. I THINK WE NEED TO TAKE THIS TO COURT. IM WARNING OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.

I Have To Say That GT Independence Is a True Blessing in Our Life. I Have Muscular Dystrophy and Have Had It since Birth and This Program Has Tremendously Helped Me for More Reasons Than One. They Are Absolutely a Part of My Life. Thank You GT Independence Family. You Are a Blessing. ;-)

Nothing but problems. One person tells you one thing about an issue, then a completely different outcome happens leaving people distressed and causing financial hardships. I've read the reviews on here about some of the same issues I've encountered. The sad thing, is that it's been on multiple occasions!! I thought maybe it was just me that it's been happening to! I'm disgusted with finding out that there are multiple others suffering at the hands of this company. Time to persue a law suit.
