I provided a work number and a letter from my hr at my last job to them and it still wasn’t enough they wanted a w2. I cut the line there this company sucks and doesn’t do their job so it costs me the job. I hope this company goes down in flames.

This company has made it an absolute nightmare to complete my pre-screening process with the company I am seeking employment with. I was forced to provide W-2's as a form of proof of employment as they stated they couldn't get in touch with anyone at my previous employer. This employer is one of the largest transportation companies in the country, and I provided them with the website, and direct phone number to verify employment. Now they are stating they can not obtain my high school diploma. As a 3rd party background check provider, they are not doing their job in doing the leg work that they are paid by corporations to do when they are hired to do background checks. I do not recommend using them at all.

I applied with a company last year lost out in a job opportunity because my dates were off on another job. I reapplied this year and ended up having to go through the same thing even though I corrected my dates of employment. This time it was because a company I worked for had closed and they could not verify my employment. I called in tears because I was so afraid that I was going to lose out on another opportunity. Miss Corey walked me through the process step by step and I was able to get the necessary documents to prove I worked for the company. Thank you Miss Corey because I have a new job.

No star rating for this JOKE of a background check company. Lazy employees that are more concern with grammatical and numeral errors than actually researching information. I basically gave them all the information they needed and they still did nothing with it. I can only imagine how many people have been unfairly denied employment because of their lack of research. What a waste of time and energy. So glad I had other job offers lined up. Centene Corporation should really get a better company to do their background checks.

It’s disappointing how this organization moves forward with there application process. In my experience I have never came across a company where they judge anyone’s background and how they don’t understand no one is perfect, people make mistakes, and people change for the better who has that desire in pursing there journey for an organization they had interviewed and applied for and who are willing to do there best at. Personally I don’t agree with there “policy” it is not fair for anyone. In my opinion they should improve their decision making standards.

They are horrible and the worst company to run a background check. They ran my background with no issues and informed my employer that I have no criminal background. So why a few months they said I did . Where at. I had to contact FDLE and ACHA and was informed that Griffin personnel group doesn't have any afflication with them. However they would say they work together. Their compliance personnel Erica Sullivan is so rude. I emailed, faxed and left voicemail messages and she never return a call or email me back. Speaking with the FDLE they infirm me that I gave no criminal history. Provided this information to Griffin Personnel Group. So instead of them realizing their mistakes they are acting like they were right. They are causing people their jobs and livehoods. However they don't care! They needs to be shut down

I gave my w2s as part to explain my employment. I sent back all information timely. Yet they still determined it was not enough information. I am unsure how much more information you can give besides the w2 proving employment. This company is very rude. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I feel this company should not conduct background checks when they do not know how to conduct their business. If you request a w2 and one is submitted then honor it. Instead they have ruined my chances of new employment all I have to say is they are a horrible horrible excuse for a background company

This company was used by another company to do my pre-employment background check. Their inaccurate background information was the only thing that prevented me from getting a job. I sent my appeal back immediately to let them know they had the wrong dates listed for one of my employers and never heard anything back. The next thing I know, I got a rejection letter from the company who had already told me the position was mine based solely on Griffin's background check. This is an extremely poor way to do business. Your results should be accurate and Griffin should do everything to ensure it is before providing false information to another company preventing employment. This company should be sued if they haven't been already.
