They have always been genuinely concerned about pleasing their customers. I have a great deal of respect for them and consider them one of the best builders in this area.

note the other 7 reviews, all 4 star, came at the exact same time. Based on my experience, those would be phony. As I near my one year warranty with several things lingering for a long time ... stay tuned.

Green and Company is one of the best builder's I have had the pleasure of working with. I have bought and sold many properties over the years, and I have never worked with a builder that is so efficient with their building process. Most people take for granted that in the construction world deadlines are approximations at best. Green and Company put together a schedule that was exactly on target as long as I kept up my end of the deal, and I could not have been happier with the results. My home was done on time with the quality and detail you would expect from such an experienced builder. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new home.

Loved working with the staff and felt that they were extremely detailed-oriented. We were traveling out of country while the lender was going through the closing process when we hit a road block with the lender and if it wasn't for our agent, Jenna Green, we would have jeopardized our closing date. Jenna stayed on top of it and communicated with the lender for us while we were away so we could enjoy our family trip. We love our home and if the time comes where we need to move, we will be working with Green and Co again.

Working with Green & Co Real Estate to find my dream home has been a wonderful experience. Being a first time home buyer, searching for a trust worthy agent has been rough. Luckily we stumbled upon Green & Co. Every agent we have worked with from Green & Co has been knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and aren't pushy like some of the other companies we have worked with. Five star experience!

buyer beware. They misrepresent the size of the home. Mine was listed as 2700 sq ft but was more like 2550. If you are checking price per sq ft, once you get near closing that cost per sq ft jumps considerably only after you get your bank appraisal. Green does not care or do anything to compensate what was in my case a $23,000 discrepancy.
