Service here was fast and efficient. Its really nice that they have Saturday hours. But they are really busy right after they open on Saturday mornings. I recommend waiting till 11:00 or noon. And fyi bring some change for the parking meters. I saw four people get ticketed while i was there.

I paid Greencastle Notary Services to register and title a Kymco bike. Never got the title in the mail as promised. I called and they told me it could take up to 120 days to receive it by mail. I waited and called them back again after the 120 days had lapsed and was advised PennDOT had no record of returned mail and they told me I would have to pay another $60.00 *to them* (Not PennDOT) to re-file so I can get my title. I felt the staff member who answered the phone was rude and made me feel like it was my fault that I waited so long even though they told me to wait before following up again. At the time of this review, its been over a year since my last follow up call, I still have not received my title. I refuse to pay these people another $60.00 to get what I should already have.
