For me to write a review I usually have to have pretty strong feelings one way or the other-- and in this case, I do. I have long done my taxes on my own using some web based product-- usually turbo or credit karma because at the time I felt like they were a good deal. However, this year some things changed and I wanted an expert to help guide to process. I could not be more pleased with Green Tax Service. Fast, professional, comfortable, and effective. I'd add that the peace of mind knowing that my taxes were done promptly and maxed out our returns is well worth the small cost to have them done professionally. I've had issues with "free" web based platforms because they charge you retroactively for a copy of any of your forms, or really any support after the click. Green's gave us a super useful print out and offered insight into the various withholding tables, projections for next year, discussed relevant changes to withholding, and really just explained this process in laypersons terms while also offering guidance on a host of other relevant financial variables. As long I'm in the area, Greens Tax Service will be our go to and I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a little extra insight into the process.
