I love Green oaks apts. I've moved away and have come back twice. This is a quiet beautifully kept area. I learned about green oaks in 1994 and I've been back now for 5 years and just renewed my lease for a 6th. Close to I55 and 294 expressways; Walmart, Sam's club, Target, home depot and more. This is a place that you can call HOME!!!

I moved in March of 2019 so far I like it, no apartment is going to be perfect all I care about is seeing an effort being put in when something needs to be addressed. my patio was leaking when the roof was being done one the building and I called the office and spoke to Denise to find out what was going on, she was very reassuring and made sure the issue was taken care of. I feel safe living here and I read the reviews some of them are mind blowing I have not had anything but a good experience here. The office is helpful I understand I can be a hand full sometimes and that somethings are out of their control.

This is the second time I have lived at these apartment complexes. The first time I lived here was for 3 years and they gave me my security deposit back in full. Green oaks is the only place I have lived that did give me my security deposit back. I have lived here this time for almost 9 years and this has been the best apartment complexes that I have ever lived at. One of the reasons I chose to live here was the 24 hour maintenance. Anytime my apartment needed something fixed or replacing, everything was done in a efficient and timely manner. When our refrigerator did not work they came out to my apartment within’ The hour to fix it. When the heat did not work they fixed it that night. Anything that was not received, or overlooked on janitors lists of work orders. Or whatever the case may have been and two days passed, when I spoke with the manager she had it taken care of right away and it was followed through. Which only happened ( twice) in the nine years. I have no complaints and you get a lot for your money’s worth. They also, promote “ community” togetherness as private residency by holding special community events here for all of the residents and hold special doing for the children. We get to know our neighbors and are appreciated here at green oaks as residence. When you have any problems that arise or to address, even suggestions they are always willing to listen and work with you. They have rules to ensure the property stays clean and kept up. They do remodel and modernize the complexes and made a lot of new additions on the property. I would recommend living at green oaks to anyone who is wanting an apartment.

I lived at green oaks apartments for about 7years in a one bedroom apt and when I needed more space I could not get one for my family so I had to leave after a one month notice.It is sad that despite my notice and my good faith in ensuring that I paid people to clean the premises before handing the keys over to the office the office is refusing to give me my deposit back with interest which is my right.l was one of the best tenants green oaks ever had and to be treated like this is very disturbing and will never recommend this company to anyone

I was interested in moving here. I recently seen a two bedroom which was small as hell and not worth the rent amount these fools are trying to charge. I'll pass on residing here. And I seen the reviews and noticed that it's strange how they acknowledge people reviews after months being posted. I believe this place has poor communication skills and don't handle their issues with a timely manner. This property is the type of place to start encouraging their tenants to post good reviews. Pathetic!

When you rent from an apartment, you eventually would like to buy a house. Well if that's the case don't rent from green oaks apartments. It's hard to get ahead living there. Between court cost and them tarnishing my name because once they file court papers on you even if you pay what you owe you now still have an eviction on your record for the papers being filed to begin with. Oh and did I mention they charge high rent for nonworthy of the cost. There's no door bell! Yup you got it you have to look out for your online packages being delivered. And the staff can be very uncooperative and flat out rude. To sum it all up this place isn't worth the headache if your trying to get ahead to one day buying a home. They will milk you out of every dime you earn if possible! Don't waste your time! Also this is a personal review of my experience at Green Oaks and is solely how things were despite the owner responding.

I don’t normally write reviews for things but I felt I had to speak up. I read a few reviews about how Green oaks is dirty.Things like the staff is disrespectful/rude.The place is broken down/poorly maintained. And that has not been my experience. I’ve lived in Green Oaks Apts for about 12 years now. My building is quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are kind, friendly and very respectful. I’ve never had any problems with the maintenance or management staff at any time. Everyone has always been very friendly. I've even recommended Green Oaks to friends and coworkers. Parking for guest can be a little tricky at times. Remembering to tell people where they can or cannot park is annoying but nothing is perfect. I also really like the location. You’re right in between two major highways so you can get anywhere in like 20 minutes. I’m down the street from very good schools, the library and the community center. As well as the police station. So I feel safe letting my children play outside and not worry. I enjoy living here.
