Go with a more local bank. Went there today added money to my account so that I could transfer some later this day electronically. I verified with the teller that the funds was available immediately and she confirmed. Went to transfer the money and it was flagged and I called and had the flag removed they told me to wait a little and try it again so I did. This happened 4 times now it's after hours on a holiday weekend so no one can help me can't use the card for 3 days until they open again... why chose a big bank with small bank services... your better off choosing a small local bank with the same service. The rapid city location won't even answer your phone calls you have to leave a voicemail and they will call you back... it's ridiculous.
