My husband Rick Dooley was in a bad 18 Wheeler wreak on Jan 9,, they have dismissed almost every claim that his Dr's. have asked for, Karen Olsen, has done nothing to help us, except sent his reports to Dr's that he has never seen and go by what they say. Is there anyone in this Company that cares about a person ????? May God have Mercy on Your Souls for what you are not doing for my Husband...

These guys are the lowest form of humanity. Stay away from them. Their client wrecked our car and now they want to lowball the estimate and make me buy the car back. Last I remember it was my car from the gitgo. The claims adjuster did nothing to work for the estimate. I did all the leg work and pictures. If he was smart he would go the 80% and send me a check to fix my MB. But these clowns aren't that smart.

AdamsPDC Field AdjustorMRO Claims. tryed to intimidate me, Yelled at me also ridiculed .I have never dealt with such a offensive person and hopefully I can get in touch with casualty West corporate so they can deal with this Mr. Scott has no ethics in his work duty and I believe that they don’t care About their clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their client had a giant rock fly off of an oversized load (with a very large tractor) they were hauling and crack my windshield terribly. I wasn't even in his lane or all that close to him. Adjuster Lexi denied my claim because I could not prove that the rock came from their truck, despite my eyes watching it happen. Supervisors are apparently ALL out of the office when needed. NOT A TOP NOTCH COMPANY FOR SURE!

Worst insurance never recommended any body. If you make one mistake they will kick you out! Avoid before you sign & Get better idea.

P & R Trucking I'm so glad we found them also. We have dealt with Taylor Beck on our Ins. & he is awesome. He has taken care of everything we've needed Promptly. No complaints here. We will do business with them as long as we truck.

This establishment is full of inept, clueless and rude morons. From start to finish they screwed up almost everything, not sending paperwork, not getting authorization for treatment—you name it and they failed it. People beware

Miserable company to deal with after their insured failed to pay me for repairs to my vehicle after requesting that I send the estimate to them directly. Pennies on the dollar to repair my vehicle because of its age and value. 3/5 days loss of use, for which I'm supposed to bow down to them for. No car rental or motel (because I am currently living in my car while seeking housing.) No reimbursement for 3 certified mailings and copy expenses to prove my case. Why? "Because we're not going to <pay> because your car is a 'total. <chuckled>'" and "That was your choice to use certified mail. You could've sent them regular mail." I don't know how I'm going to get my car repaired.
