We needed a sitter for our date night to celebrate my birthday while visiting Napa. Being in an unfamiliar place, our 3.5 year old was very scared of anyone else but her parents. Your sitter showed up exactly as scheduled and arrived with games, art projects, and play-doh in hand. This changed the entire experience from scary to "awesome" for our little one; and for us, from hesitant in even leaving to going out and having a relaxed enjoyable adult meal because we didn't have to worry about our little one as it was very clear she was in great hands.
