After working for Grafton Recruitment Belfast for quite an extended period of time I find it hard to see why they only have a couple of stars rating; never a problem with pay, the staff were generally very supportive, empathetic and pleasant to work with. The ONLY negative I would have was not being able to reach the people I needed to all the time but, it's fairly understandable when considering what a busy environment they work in.

Shocking have a plenty of phoning up to see about payslips and on Friday had to ring up and ask for my wages there r a joke like would not recommend them as only thinking off them self's

Should have looked at the reviews before I signed up.Had to chase payslips on numerous occasions. Emailed my contact to advise of resignation only to hear nothing back after a week so called to confirm they had received the information only to be told my contact had left and I had not been notified. Confirmed on the phone call again my resignation details and was advised all monies owed would be in my bank account the next week. The details again wer not processed and the money I was owed was not in my account. I had direct debits coming out and was therefore charged for an unarranged overdraft as the money didn't go in.I called graton and explained this and they offered a cheque and advised as long as I logged the cheque today I should not be charged (should have checked this with bank instead of trusting their advice my bad) this was not the case the cheque had not cleared and I was still charged. So grafton have cost me money with their mistakes and also caused me to miss my lunch and come back to my new place of work late by having to visit them to collect the cheque and run to the bank in time I didn't have.

Grafton recruiters are unprofessional, selfish and unhelpful unless it will benefit them. I have signed with this agency 3 times and each time they find another way prove to me that they are not professional and do not care who gets the position they advertise for. My first problem with Grafton was I had a recruiter reach out to me and kept ringing me about a position. I was interested to change roles. He told me it was temp for 3 months, so I decided to leave a permanent position (I was sick of the same office and wanted a change) He was aware that I was employed as a permanent employee. On my last day he called me at 5 knowing I would not finish to quarter past , leaving a voicemail he advised me the role is now three weeks long and not months. As it was past 5 he was gone so I couldn't call him, he also advised me that he was on holiday for the next week! Thankfully, I was able to get back to my other job. My last encounter I was asked would I like to come to meet about a position. I went down the following Monday, meeting one of the recruiters, he didn't remember I was coming or the position I was there for! Then advised the position had be filled last week. Gave me a form to register and on his way he went.

Did find me some work but the jobs that they did find weren't great. Some of the recruitment consultants are unprofessional and cheeky. If you dont want to do every job they ring you about even if its last thing in afternoon to start first thing in morning which it normally is they will black ball you.

Amazing agency, from the first point of call when phoning in and arranging my registration to meeting with the consultant who placed me in my current role where I am very happy and see myself for a long time! The first agency I've dealt with that really listen to what you are looking for and give the best advice!

Managed to apply and successfully obtain a job working for a bank through Grafton a while back. When I arrived at the training centre for the first day of work I was told that my name was not on the list. When I phoned Grafton I was simply told that my name had not properly submitted. The woman who had been dealing with my employment didn't seem very apologetic, and also didn't seem to care that she had cost me a valuable job opportunity. ADVISE AGAINST USING.
