Not a very friendly business. I have an aunt and uncle who live in Hollister. I called and asked for Mr. Grace. I was told he was not available. I waited over 24 hours with no response. I called back and was told Mr. Grace was not in. I asked to talk to someone else which I did, but she told me I needed to talk to another person. That person did return the call, but before I could explain the situation involving my aunt and uncle she told me they could not talk to me on the phone. Not a good way to present this company to a potential new client. Called someone else and they answered my situation immediately. Only use this company if you want to follow their rigid rules with no client imput.

Starting a freelance business and needed consulting from an accountant regarding finances and taxes. I had a rare day off from work and emailed them in the morning to inquire about setting up an appointment. They responded quickly and were able to schedule me in for an appointment the same day.I met with Mike Grace and we discussed my business needs. He was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I had. I didn't have a clue what I was supposed to do regarding business taxes before I spoke to him, but once I did, I had a clear plan of action to take going forward.I'll definitely go back to Grace in the future for my finance and tax needs.Thanks Mike!
