Client Review on Goodwill Industries, Central Virginia and Hampton Roads

I rarely shop here but I donate every few months and the experience is always disappointing. Donations are tax deductible but the "receipt" that they give you doesn't provide any information. It's a blank piece of paper that none of the employees seem to know how to fill out. Someone could claim that they donated thousands of dollars in items to the store and no one would be able to prove anything either way. If you don't want to provide receipts that's fine but stop asking me if I want a receipt when you don't actually give receipts.
