I would agree with the above reviews. I mean, the guy does know his stuff but very poor communications and customer relations. Every year I went there it was someone new doing my taxes so I left.

I was referred to Goldhawk Accounting by a friend of mine and have been a client ever since. My experiences have always been pleasant and everything is done in a timely and very professional manner. I absolutely recommend using this firm! I'm not sure what these other reviews are talking about.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!! Reception very rude and unprofessional. Had 2 very brief meetings to discuss whether Zane could assist with my tax issues - sent him a couple of emails about it, nothing was even accomplished or came of it yet 6 mths later he emails me a bill!!!!! Firstly, if you think I owe you that why wait 6 mths & secondly - YOU DID NOTHING!!!! Desperate or what??
