Accounting-wise, chantal thibodeau was great. People skills-wise, well tbey need work on that end. They are very polite and happy to help, but they don't seem to proactively contact clients, for example when it is time to pick up your documents. Nevertheless, I guess I will go there because they are competent. I worked with a man (name withheld) there before, and that ended up not working out due to a miscommunication that really annoyed me.

I have used Godin, Lacroix, Monette Inc. services for about 10 years. I drop by with no appointment when it is convenient for me and have always been seen by someone within 10 to 15 minutes. A few days later my income tax returns are ready and have always been perfect and much less expensive than other accounting firms. I love being able to access my returns and pay for the fee over the internet. My son who lives in Ontario and owns a business transferred his taxes to Godin and not only saved $2000 the first year but had his taxes redone for the previous year and also received a substantial return. I have personally recommended Godin to at least 5 other people who now only have their returns done by them and are extremely satisfied.
