I started work on December 7th and got fired on December 12th, all because my trainer cussed me out and I reported it. Gear recruiting came the next day to escort me out the building then proceeded to tell me she would find me another assignment and not 30 minutes after that they email me a separation notice

Doesn't even have the courtesy to give me a proper number. Called in to the office to get hold of Courtney to let her know I would be late to my shift, since callout procedure was never discussed gone over, and the lady who answered hung up on me. Have the courtesy to at least tell me if I have the wrong number or at least transfer me to who I'm trying to reach.

Very friendly an very understanding went an did my app an got a job the same day. Worked my 90 days an the company hired me on full-time. Thanks gear for my great career u guys gave me

Worked for a company through Gear for about a month until I realized they were beating me out my check. If you’re looking for a job get hired on by the company not Gear! They act like I can’t even get pay stubs showing what’s coming out my check.
