Very friendly people at this location. Got me signed up and waiting for work within 30 minutes. Not sure why all these bad reviews exist. GLISS seems like one of the better temp agencies in the Portland area.

GLISS put me to work the 1st day I applied in 2013. I have worked for them on and off over the last 4 years. They have overcome special and unique barriers in employment that I face. If you want to work...they will find work for you. They always strive to find the best match to your skills. They work with your schedule and I have seen them give many 2nd chanes. The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary. If you want to change your life and work for it....call GLISS. They are a phenomenal employment resource.

Untrustworthy, disrespectful, racist, sexist organization.I would never recommend anyone to work for this company. You could expect dishonesty, unsatisfactory customer service, vindictive behavior, and contradictory business practice with GLISS. The individuals I have had to deal with are rude and inconsiderate. The jobs they have available on their website are not actually available and when you call to inquire about them you are treated as ignorant or uneducated. By far the most unprofessional staffing agency I have ever dealt with.

The worst staffing agency. One star is not even deserved. Integrity is not a normal business practice.This organization lies, communicates via text message, will not e mail (even upon request), treats their "employees" with great disrespect, and does not follow BOLI rules and regulations. Oregon sick time law REQUIRES employers to provide a notification (even if it is quarterly) to their employees about their sick time accrued and balance, GLISS does not do this. GLISS retaliates when employees request sick time and will refuse to put them to work if sick time is requested. The worst experience ever and I would not recommend this agency to job seekers or employers. To employers: Using this agency will definitely put a bad mark on your reputation. There are better agencies out there, I would highly recommend you find someone else.

Gliss in wilsonville is super unprofessional !!!I had to go pick up a document there and i live in salem called first they told me they had it and to go so when i got there they said they disnt have it and had to print it out after 3pm . i wasted my time and gas that they sure ashell wasnt gonna give me back why couldnt they tell me this over the phone instead of once i got there. Than, the company they send me to was low pay and racist NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND. OR APPLY AT GLISS AGAIN do your guys research before applying here trust me

Gliss Staffing in Wilsonville is the worst company to work for in the owner is bad woman to work for they're racist and showed discrimination and they're sexist. But most of all they lie to people about their timesheets their hours and their paychecks when people turn in their timesheets I tell people that they lost their timesheets and then that cannot pay them and that when they do the customer needs to wait for three to four weeks. Gliss staffing has been reported to the Bureau of Labor on this more than once and gliss Staffing cannot keep employees paychecks from them they have to get their checks to them within 24 hours to 72 hours. Chris also likes to make threats to employees that if they make any threats to report them to the Bureau of Labor just because they're holding people's checks for more than 72 hours that they would call the cops on those employees and have them put in jail. You cannot trust gliss Staffing nor owner. I would not go to class at all for work!!! Stay clear of gliss Staffing and the owner!!!!Also the owner has a crimal record for racism!!!
