I have worked with multiple temp and staffing agencies in the area and Gem State has by far been the best! I chose them because they pay based on your assignment, so if you work one day, you can get paid same day, or if two days; get paid at the end of the second day. For all semi-permanent jobs you get paid weekly which is a HUGE help when you’ve been out of work and have bills due NOW, not in two to three weeks. Not to mention gas and groceries. They were easy to start with and have a great team!The pay isn’t a huge cut like with other agencies, I’m making the same at this assignment as the other regular employees!I do wish they had more specialized job offers and clients, as my experience is usually paid much more, but they have been crucial to getting by until I can find a job in my field!
