Worst place to work for anyone who has any sort of sense. Lazy managers who gripe and moan at people asking questions, who barely received any sort of training or help. Lousy condescending prick of a project manager always looking down at everyone. Disrespectful, dirty employees who would make their problems public, and who wouldn't be told anything or pulled aside. Angel Peterson is a prime example of this place. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who isn't looking for anything more than a starter job.

This is by far the worst job I worked at! They don’t train you properly and when you get on the floor they expect you to know every thing! Poor management skills. It’s so trashy and tacky! Do not waste your time working there

They have by far the most unprofessional people working there. Employees will call you just to have it in their record they called (they will call you everyday and hang up after one ring. When you call back they won’t answer or instantly say they will call back and never will). Stop hiring incompetent staff and managers if you want people take your business seriously. I will be taking this matter up to management (if they ever pick up).

They do not appreciate their good employee's! It takes a year to get a $0.50 raise and they don't have any paid holidays. They will make you do work that is above your pay grade and will not compensate you for all the hard work you put in. Don't apply unless you don't care about your lively hood and self worth.

FYI THE MAJORITY OF US ARE NOT COLLECTIONS, WE HELP OUR CUSTOMERS AND WORK ON THE WEEKEND WHILE GC IS CLEARLY OPEN. Working at GC Services always makes me feel I have worth. Especially when I'm feeling low and useless. My Co workers always make me feel I'm making a difference when I'm around them. Management is very professional when there are Noticeable areas that I need work on they council with you about What ever it is. They never make me feel worse than they can clearly see I feel. And we PPB's on the front line always have a Voice, If we feel something isn't working or have thoughts on how things could be better for the valued customers we assist. The client always has an open ear and mind. Personally I've put in my opinions slot and they all have been acknowledged And forwarded.

Corrupt. If you are in debt to a company you will have received notice in writing. When you aren't behind, and a company like this attempts to talk you out of your money, report them to the CFPB. Sadly this is another unethical business using predatory practices.
