At first: very professional and helpful, fast service, until I called to tell them that I was unable to perform the job I was assigned. I understand that a job is a job but I felt that I was mislead as to how physical my assignment was among other things aspects of the environment. I do have scoliosis and bunions and experience a lot of pain and walking is always hard to get back into with a job, I deal with this often, but I couldn’t get out of bed due to overexertion and extreme pain and called to tell Michelle that I couldn’t perform this warehouse job any longer. She didn’t want to hear anything else I had to say, and told me that they already told me how the job was and that they, “can’t spell it out for everyone” multiple times. She spoke over me, didn’t let me explain more, hung up very fast. I couldn’t believe how rude she was and I will never use this service again.
