I was looking for a reliable and trusted tax servicer to assist me and my partner file our taxes this year. The Freedom Tax office is easy to locate in Bloomfield, with friendly and accommodating staff, and they provide refreshments. We came to learn this is a family run business and enjoyed learning that aspect. Each step of the way we were given direction on information we needed to provide, communication was open for us to ask questions and we did not wait long from beginning to end. I recommend Freedom Tax to anyone looking for a knowledgeable preparer. Stephen was an expert and gave us the insight we were looking for. The best part was his personalized touch by sending text reminders and follow ups. Overall my partner and I were impressed and fully satisfied with the level of service we were given. Thank you, we will be coming back!

I've been to many tax services over the years and NONE compare to the service, friendliness and ease I've gotten from Stephen, Alice and their staff. Very friendly and professional and they really look out for you. They treat you like they've known you for years and eventually they will because you'll keep coming back. Stephen has consecutively gotten me the biggest returns I've ever received. Bonus** they have snacks and refreshments in the waiting area. Can't beat them!

let me tell you how Blessed I am to be taken care of by Stephen and her wife Alice. I am amazed on how they would go above and beyond to help me and my family with everything. These two amazing people are KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, and SYMPATHETIC! Stephen is also making sure I get to amend the error that was done wrong with my last year's income tax. I am forever grateful for these people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FREEDOM TAX TO EVERYONE! you will feel like you are being welcome and taken care of like Family.
