A breathe of fresh air compared to previous accountant, and you are left with the feeling of someone to hold your hand through all the process of things you'd prefer to put in a boxfile and pretend it's not there! Jake has been really helpful getting the books up.to date for.vat return etc, give Jo a call, you really won't regret it.
