Edit: 30 minutes after posting this review, an e-mail reply was finally received saying they will continue to search for me. How convenient... will edit this post once that statement has been fulfilled since I suspect a response was only received due to this review. The on-boarding process went fine with Claudette interviewing and then placing me with a temp position. The problem now comes after that position is over finding me another. No reply to e-mails sent with job IDs that would suit me perfectly. I tried e-mailing everyone at the agency with no response. It is very unprofessional to find clients 1 position and then ghost afterwards. I would suspect the feedback from the temp employer itself may be the reason why, but that is 1 person who is generally disliked by everyone in the office giving bad feedback on people. Why don't you do an exit interview to assess the experience in that position before deciding to ignore the client? Very discouraging agency.
