Great experience with Will Barfield! He asked me on day one what I was looking for in my next role and and what would make ME happy! He lined me up with many interviews quite quickly that fit my skill set very well. When it came down to the end, I was choosing between a company he arranged and an external company I had applied for. He gave me unbiased advice and I cannot thank him enough for his help.
