I think the 3 years or so I've been with them they've helped me with one job. Sometimes it depends on who's working with you that depends on whether you'll get placed in something or not. They tend to pick and choose who they want for certain rolls . Speaking for myself its been hell as a male in the HR/Admin field to get work here in the South. I've been told I'm not a match "for what the employer is looking for" even when I've done the exact job before...so then you start to wonder what the real agenda is.
