Would give 0 stars if possible. These are the most rude " customer service" representatives I have ever encountered. They completely lack the ability to multi task and be efficient. I know they are government workers and as a result aren't expected to do much, but the complete and utter lack of concern of customer care is astonishing and especially hilarious when listening to their phone greeting as they " thank you for the opportunity to serve you"! What a joke!This is the only bill I have that can't be paid automatically...maybe when Forsyth moves into the current century, they can have a website that replaces these "lovely" workers! Don't call or go here if you are in a hurry....They WILL make you late!87

Would definitely change service if I could. Call in and the line is busy. When you finally get through no one answers the phone. The only way you get to talk to someone is if you go up there in person and then they give you the run around. Horrible experiences and horrible customer service. Would not recommend this to anyone

Worst cable experiance EVER! I would change it if I could. Area manager Mr. Ed is sooo rude and tries to add on things you did not ask for and then basically tells you that you are stupid because you refuse the things you didn't ask for. They send the service people out with barley any knowledge of what they are at your home for if any at all. They don't call ahead so you know they are coming and do not show up at appointment times. The cable itself is crappy, internet is super slow, sometimes you can't use it at ALL. Its completely overpriced for the qaulity.No on demand, you only have t.v. guide to tell you what is on and its not always accurate. The cable freezes at random....just crappy crappy crappy!

Um.....customer service??? Hello!!! Can't even get these people to answer the phone!! - and the service was GREAT for the first day or two. Now it's RIDICULOUSLY s l o o w, and certainly not worth the money we are paying. It should be illegal that a company can lock down the local market and not pride respectable service

I am so disgusted by the internet service provided by this carrier. I have called and asked for techs to look into the slow service but am told that the service being provided is working as promised but the service is erratic at best. Attempting to watch a streamed movie? Be sure to allow additional time for all the buffering that occurs during the movie. I would absolutely change service if there was another option.
