Feedback:

Everything, down to the last detail and garnish was flawlessly executed. They were so accommodating to all of my guests' various dietary restrictions and allergies. They even made an entire vegan menu just for me. The cost was more than reasonable. And the staff was so lovely and talented! Highly recommend!

Food Evolution catered the event at the Chicago Cultural Center and the experience was excellent. The food was delicious, the presentation was great and the support staff was very friendly. The ambiance of the room was very warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Our experience was a little distasteful. Food Evolution did not give my fiance and I the time of day to take part in their catering sevices. They rescheduled our introduction call which happens and is understandable. We set a tasting date with them and weeks later they rescheduled us for a future time and day. For icing on the cake they cancelled our tasting that was scheduled for next week and told us they can no longer cater on our wedding day. Bamboozled!

We recently used Food Evolution to cater the dinner for our daughter's wedding reception. The food was fabulous and the presentation was beautiful. The service; however, left something to be desired. One guest had requested a specific entree to be gluten free (for medical reasons) but didn't receive that entree. She did receive a GF entree but not the one she ordered. In addition, her entree was to be dairy free and it wasn't. Their bartenders had to be told to remove tip jars after being told before the event not to have tip jars. We also had told them we only wanted one bar set up in the venue. They set up two separate bars. Because we supplied the alcohol (unopened cases could be returned for refund) this ended up costing more money because two of everything was opened. Of course the bar issue didn't affect our guests' experience. Everyone raved about the food and said it was the best food they had had at a wedding. If FE can work out the service issues they will be a top rate caterer.
