Matthew Fogelman was easy and pleasant to work with. I called him with a problem related to upcoming travel situations. He was responsive, thoughtful and very willing to help, although it seemed he may not have previously been involved with this particular problem. Within a couple of days, he apparently researched the issue, came up with some actions, discussed them with me and pursued them. Bottom line, problem was taken care of with the desired response! Thank you, Matthew. I respect your willingness and ability to get a job done thoughtfully and efficiently.

I highly recommend Attorney Matthew Fogelman for legal services. He has worked on two very different cases for me. In both cases, He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I felt that I could trust him and that I did not have to worry about the cases. Matt is very honest and told me what I could and could not expect. He did not make any false promises or give me false expectations. I felt that he sincerely cared about me as a person and did everything possible to be sure that my best interests came first. It was very comforting when going through a difficult time to know that I had someone who was knowledgeable and talented looking out for me. It made a difficult situation much more bearable. Matt Fogelman represented me in a case that took several years to play out and eventually resulted in a favorable settlement for me. I found him to combine two qualities rarely seen in the same lawyer. He was unfailingly friendly toward me and hard-nosed toward the other side. He was extremely sharp, retentive of details, and tireless. Mine never promised to be a big money case, but he stuck by me for years as we had our slow motion fight with the other side. He seemed to finesse very well the relationship with the other lawyer: first very tough, finally cooperative. It worked out: The figure we got at the end was larger than what I imagined getting at the beginning. He's good at zeroing in on the pressure points and bottom line. He was also excellent at balancing confidently making his moves with consulting me. Matt is an excellent partner to have for the long slog that is a civil-court lawsuit.
