The lying nappy head black lady in the front office told me that Fluor will not be in Baytown any longer because they lost the contract they had and are not picking up any new ones! That was a boldfaced LIE

Good company but front office workers needs to do better, they're very unprofessional

I was hung up on 3 times trying to get information for my husband, who is a current employee. Lady on the phone said she has no information or time for us and hung up before I was able to ask my question. Another lady cut me off when I was asking her the question and said I was wasting my time about this issue and hung up. How is it wasting my time if your company asked my husband to call the office? Very disrespectful staff and company in general.

Disappointed with the front desk help. After a a wait in line. I was not able to get information. I just wanted to know if my name was turn in. Apparently she could not help me because my profile was not up to date. I Left updated the information. Went back I was still not able to get any information. I leave out of town drove back home 5 hours. After supervisor tells me my name was req in a week ago. Don't understand the lack of customer service. Without craftmans ship there's no Fluor. I work hard hours for Fluor i expected better service.

Very disagree whit front desk personal (the lady ) acting like IRS personal, like you owned something to this lady and she forgot she's pay check come from people we are working on the the plant all ready. Probably she's a lone person and is unhappy or something like that is reason why she acts like that is no professional ! I better say fleet market acttidut

Staff is very unprofessional and rude, everyone who works there seems to have a fkn attitude. Woman at the front desk didn't give me a chance to speak just cut me off in the middle of my sentence.
