Please avoid him at any cost . I never had a very complex return and went for his advice due to some issues with my prior year return and as he was a fellow alumni . What I encountered was phones not answered , no timelines for filing and going back on words after payment has been made . I would have never approached him if I had known about this ordeal earlier . An update : I probably called him twice during the entire tax season and was always met with cold rude response without any solid information . When I followed up after a month about my return , he drops me an email stating that he has forgotten about my issue and then in an subsequent email states that I have been hounding him 30 times in a month . Please avoid him at all costs .
