I have been doing travel nursing for a little over a year now, and throughout that time I have encountered a lot of different companies, and recruiters. FlexCare made the transition to them very easy, and painless. My recruiter, Taylor Harris, is absolutely amazing. She quickly picked up on my preference of communication, and is great to deal with. Taylor stays on top of the job market, and quickly sends opportunities my way. However, she knows what I am looking for and does not waste my time with travel contracts that she knows I will not be interested in. Taylor makes looking for my next contract easy, and stress free.
