Back in August I applied for a job I saw online and Flex-Staff quickly contacted me. I had never worked with Flex-Staff before. Within a week I applied, had my interview with Flex-Staff, got an interview with the job I applied for, and was hired! Rachel and Laura from Flex-Staff are both very professional and sweet women. The process was entirely painless and stress-free and I feel very blessed to be a Flex-Staff employee! I could not recommend them enough and I tell everyone about my experience because I was honestly mildly skeptical not knowing what to expect having never worked with a hiring agency before. Rachel and Laura are great to work with. They listen to what kind of position you are looking for and your preferred availability. They also promptly return calls and/or emails. They recommended me for a position and I started right away with the hours I wanted. After just a couple of months I am now an employee with a great company.

Trying to work with these people is like talking to a brick wall. I applied for a position and they didn't return any response to my application. Never invited me to complete their "process" and when I called to ask about the situation Laura continually interrupted me and was unprofessional.
