Handles our office of 9 with great ease for both salaried and hourly employees. They are excellent on customer service and carefully monitor our non-profit which really doesn't have an HR Dept. Very nice to deal with.

Very poor customer service. Unresponsive when I tried to communicate with them and had multiple errors with payroll that lead to me having to pay bank overdraft fees. Super disappointed.

Poor communication, lies, they told me what I wanted to hear but then decided to do otherwise. I doubt a high school diploma is required to work at Flex-Pay. Zero stars. There are more complaints I just don’t feel like typing them all.

If i could give less than one star I would. Horrible customer service. Mistakes on almost every pay period. They cant even transcribe the correct ssn or tax information. Gave us a huge headache in trying to fix the situation before finally switching to paychex. Different Don't waste your time or money on this frustration disguised as a payroll company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have horrible turnover and no one is on the same page. When it comes to managing payroll there customer service is horrible. Where I draw the line is their lack of follow through with my employer taxes costing me $1,000 from the IRS. I notified them months in advance and was told "the tax department will get back to you." They never did and they are not the least bit apologetic nor are they rectifying their mishaps. I have never been so disappointed with a company. AVOID THEM!
