These guys are great! I am a small business owner and I came with a big list of questions regarding state and federal taxes, sole proprietorship vs LLC, business income and expenses, liability insurance, investment accounts and deductions, subcontractors vs employees, etc. Darren took the time to answer every single one of my questions and helped me determine my next steps. He was very professional, respectful, polite, honest, straightforward and specific. I really enjoyed the consultation and I learned a lot. Their office is on the 6th floor and it's very big, clean and centrally located with plenty of free parking. They respond to emails very quickly and you can can ask them any questions all year round. Although their prices are not very expensive, it feels like you are getting a high-end service. I recommend them to everyone, especially to people who have questions and need consulting.
