My original review was great. Flashpoint found me a great job I loved. Last to break, first back from break, always kept busy. But now I regret to give a fair rating for poor communication. I have been waiting for feedback now for 5 whole days and... I wouldn't give any rating at all but I know Flashpoint is not 100% responsible for the monumental unfairness that was dropped upon me the fifth day I worked @ Mancrates. Later the fifth day the unprofessional managers @ Mancrates called Flashpoint that night and said my production wasn't good but that was a lie/scapegoat. Flashpoint who called to tell me this found me a job but I was in no means to negotiate. Especially when my job was not in jeopardy @ all & under training still and I was getting better each day. Even online they say minimum of $11.00 to start. I would go into a lot more detail but like I said monumental. And plus the night b4 Thanksgiving telling me that, and that I would be paid almost a $2.00 per hour drop was another unfair reason and below the minimum start pay of $11.00 which it clearly says on website. Waiting for another job opportunity so I can change this review. Until then Mancrates really left a bad impression on Flashpoint.

Keep trying to contact them, and have stopped there many times after work and there never there. I wish I didn't work for them. Very unprofessional.
