They do not working around people with a illness my bf is working there atm and he has ibs and they keep complain tha he keeps going to the toilet even when he has took his meds and hes ibs over powers the meds sometimes and then he gets send home not on sick pay on unpaid leave also when he have complained to him tha he has had time off due to one a his kids being ill even when she was in hospital they need to get themselves sorted out and have a gd look at themselves and realise they need to work round people with an illness and when people r off sick should get sick pay not unpaid leave also like to point out there is one person in the work place she gets want she wants if she is ill and has used up all ur holidays and she says she don't feel well and wants to go home she gets to with pay and tha not fair on other stuff tha is playing favourites
