Feedback:

Horrible company to work for. They send you to really far places and sometimes dont tell you that your shift was cancelled until you get there. The manager, the office staff are complete liers and will u tell that your shift was cancelled just so they can send you somewhere else. This happened to me later on i found out my shift was never cancelled they just wanted to give the shift to someone else. i would not refer anyone here.

Feedback:

I recently had a chance to work with the new ownership group at First Call. I found them to be highly professional and 100% dedicated to their staff, customers and the community at large. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the health care industry looking for quality staffing.

Feedback:

I love working here. I have had no problems working here, they always have work and they really work with you 😘

Feedback:

Bad experience. I feel like I was judged because I was a young black woman . I was terminated because I didn't feel comfortable working a hoyer alone . Francine and her boss really tried to make me feel uneducated because they claim they never heard of such thing . And was very smart by forcing me to quit my position so I couldn't file for unemployment . Like this one wasn't on them . Any time a person try to make you feel low and insult your intelligence because of a title and a desk in my eye just isn't good people . I would never suggest this company to any one .

Feedback:

Do they drug test

Feedback:

I was called to come for an interview by Francine. I arrived Very professional looking. As I thought your supposed to show up for an interview. Clearly I offended Francine with my presence. Instantly she was very rude. I was sitting filling out paperwork, and a co-worker of hers asked her a few questions. The questions were not personal or anything her response was I'll tell you later. So finally he said we'll can you at least tell me blank, her response was yes later. He looked at me confused. I got why she was being petty , and because I was sitting there she didn't want me to hear ANYTHING. Moving on I went into her office for the interview. Her first comment was "Well thank you for dressing up for me". I explained I'm use to dressing up for my current job, my role is in a professional setting, and this is an interview. She was so offended by my presence right away she tried fours times during the interview to deter me from the position, and end the interview. 1st attempt well looking me up and down "well this is a fast pace job your not just in one place and I don't no if that's something you can do" Me: Well I work for an agency, and I'm familiar with the work, and process so this is not difficult for me. (She thought I couldn't do the work because of my appearance)2nd attempt Her: I'm going to be honest with you, because I don't want to waste your time looking me up and down up and down says "By looking at you this not even gone be enough money for you".3rd attempt Her:" well if you don't mind me asking how much does the other place pay you". Me: (uncomfortable with the question but still answered) Me: "Well if you don't mind me asking how much does this position pay"?Her:" oh well it vary from facility".Me; " Well I stated on the application I'm interested in hospitals and hospice some where would that place me"? Her: Weellllll the most I could get you would be $13.25.Me: Ooohhh okay that's fine. Her:"Well you said you work for another agency, so I can't even hire you that's a conflict of interest. If we book you at Rogers (where I have worked for the other agency) the facility may get confused, and ask for you to chose".Me: " Even if my badge says first call not the other agency? Well okay I would think the the resolution would be to not send me to Rogers, instead of not hiring me altogether. I have only worked at two hospitals with the other agency. So it's other places you work with that wouldn't be a conflict".Her: "Oh yeah you right".4th attempt Her: "Well would you cut your nails done or OFF"?Me: "No" (feeling hurt at this point because I professionally shot down all her attempts to end this interview, and tear me down in a sense for dressing up, and just being me I can't help how I look. Her: "Why is that"Me: " the few place I've worked like Rogers I Don't do patient care so it hasn't been an issue. (I work 3rd shift by the way and mainly a sitter for a patient that's asleep.)Her:" well if the facility had an issue with it"?Me: "Sure no problem".This concludes the interview no interview questions, Nothing.I left in tears I've never been made to feel like this during an interview. Judging me based off my appearance. Telling me it don't look like I need the job. Felt like I should of just wore scrubs to the interview, even though that's not me. As I walked out the interview I seen someone else waiting to interview in scrubs. Needless to say I have not been called back.

Feedback:

I worked for first call medical for almost a year! My experience with them was fine until I received a better job opportunity I was a great employee! When resigning first call medical held all of my paper work making it hard for my employer to go forward with my hiring process! They would not send over my child care papers and they have made it hard for everyone trying to strive with a better job opportunity they try to keep things as secrets and they are just a really bogus company ! If I new these things before I would have never worked for them!
